While we are the authors of our own lives, it’s easy to overlook the patterns and mistakes that have shaped our journey. Sometimes, the very parts of ourselves that once helped us survive become the very things that keep us stuck causing us to repeat old cycles and wonder, “Why me?”

As someone who began this journey as a client myself, I know firsthand that there is another path, often one we can’t see right in front of us. By choosing the “road less traveled,” we can learn to face what we once feared, embrace our imperfections, and grow stronger through the process of change.

I specialize in working with young adults navigating identity and life transitions, as well as adults seeking to manage and reshape their life paths. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic techniques to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences shape your present. I also incorporate Person-Centered and Solution-Focused approaches, meeting you where you are and helping you move toward your goals.

I believe in creating a warm, relaxed space where you can feel safe to explore, reflect, and rebuild. Together, we will unravel unhelpful patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and cultivate the life you want. This is your time to rediscover who you are truly meant to be and I would be honored to walk alongside you on that path toward self-worth, resilience, and lasting personal growth.
